This machine is mainly used for baking wafer sheet .This is electric type wafer heating oven . Production line with two kinds of modes,one is GAS Heating and the other is Electric Heating ,which has the main function as follows :energy saving ,high production capacity ,high automation ,high recycle ,having long working life ,convenient operation ,few operators ,up to the national standard of energy saving and no pollution.

2. The electricity and transmission components are all used Siemens ,Mitsubishi ,touch screen to control and adopts the International Brand Germany SEW,SKF to make the whole line steadily.

4.Unanimous heat colors of wafer block. Thanks to the scientific selection of heating components, superior material selection for baking plate and reasonable die carrier structure, the heat colors of the center and periphery of the wafer block having been baked are unanimous.
5. High rate of certified products with finished product rate of not less than 98%. Because of uniform heating and unanimous heat colors, the demoulding rate of biscuit is high with improving rate of certified products accordingly.
