This machine has functions such as: applying cream layer on to the pre-cooled wafer sheets, drawing evenly the cream layer and making the book of wafers sheets with different layer of cream and sheets, then applying slight pressure to hold the wafer/cream together. Numbers of cream layers and wafer layers can be adjusted as required to the count of 3, 4, 5 etc. The machine will count them automatically according to the adjustment made. There is a device of controlling temperature automatically and constantly on the roller of filler. The layer thickness can be adjustable, too.
