Technological process of

Wafer biscuit production line main features:

(2) batter mixer is made of a whole stainless steel material, in 3 minutes, 25 kg of flour can be completed mix. Electrical design uses IP55 waterproof design, batter mixer can be a quick rinse clean with water;
(3) vertical cold machine made of whole stainless steel material, independent motor drive;
(4) cream coating machine rack for galvanized steel structure, stainless steel plaque. Head is the composite structure, convenient installation and cleaning; Laminated organization for cylinder driving reciprocating structure; Pressure biscuit institutions for belt single roll cake;
(5) cut the biscuit machine is steel wire or blade cutting machine, standard cutting speed up to 8.
This production line is suitable for the wafer, the food industry, dedicated to the production of various kinds of high quality of the wafer cake, with stable performance, compact structure, all with food contact parts are made of 304 stainless steel, easy to maintain.
